Daca sunteti in Constanta in weekendul urmator, va astept sa vorbim despre bijuterii, accesorii, feminitate si momente frumoase!
French invasion – “Other foreign investors, notably Qatar’s royal family and one of its state investment funds, have also been shopping for bargains among world-famous Italian brands. But Italians have been particularly touchy about French raiders coming across the Alps…” In The Economist.
Narciso Rodriguez – “For more than 15 years, designer Narciso Rodriguez has been honing his own brand of minimalism, with sharp, tailored silhouettes and a saturated, graphic approach to color—drawn with an eye toward a certain purity of form. “ In Interview Magazine.
Katie Grand is still in Love – “It’s been five years since Katie Grand put a naked Beth Ditto on the first cover of Love magazine. “I had a lot to prove,” said the editor in chief of her early days at the publication.” Pe Style.com.
Garance Dore: I want to keep the distance – “My dream was never to be in the front row at a fashion show. It’s really great but it’s not something I thought, “That’s going to be the best thing ever!” Believe me I’m like everybody, sometimes I’d like to be cool and know all the right people and everything, but I know to step a bit to the side and not become too much part of the “it” crowd. I want to keep the distance.” In The Talks.
Why retailers don’t know who sew their clothes – “On two floors of an olive green building with insufficient emergency exits and a too narrow fire escape, women in Saifur Rahman’s factory sew fleece sweatshirts for European shoppers. Yet the global brands whose clothes he makes don’t always know about him, Mr. Rahman says. “ In Wall Street Journal.
The investment dresser: boyfriend jeans – „Cross-pollinate denim with the new (according to the fashion amnesiac’s definition of the word) relaxed trouser shape and you have boyfriend jeans, an item almost as perfectly adapted to spring as bluebells.” In The Telegraph.
Beginner’s guide to Italian men’s style – „The Italian art of stylish nonchalance—bare ankles, slim suits and provocative color combinations—is steadily influencing American style. How does a country smaller than California exert such sartorial force? ” In Wall Street Journal.
